- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Onboarding is included, in every lane — self-serve and sales-led. We help you connect your PMS, seed the knowledge base and get the first colleague live.
- What counts as one colleague?
- One hired role, running on whatever channels it supports. The Guest Assistant answering your inbox AND your phone is one colleague, not two.
- What happens if we go past the workload spec?
- Busier than one person's day? It keeps answering — and we tell you when it's time to hire a second.
- Do we have to commit for a year?
- No. It is monthly, cancel any time. Annual prepay is available if you want it — twelve months for the price of ten.
- Do you work with our PMS?
- Hostaway, deeply. That is the one we integrate with, and we would rather say so than half-support four. The Team Assistant and the phone line work without any PMS at all.
- What about VAT?
- All prices exclude VAT. Polish customers are invoiced in PLN, German customers in EUR by Enhanced Rentals GmbH.
