AI Colleagues

Hire AI colleagues, not a fleet of bots.
Each one owns the whole job.

Your guest assistant answers the message, picks up the phone, escalates to your team, and files the follow-up task — one colleague, one conversation, start to finish. Not four disconnected agents passing a guest between them.

Two colleagues. Add the Team Assistant to your Slack, automate your inbox and phone with the Guest Assistant, or hire both. €199 each, no usage meter. 14-day free trial, no credit card.

We also run Guest Assistant for Hotels, Airbnb Inquiries, Receptionist, Custom Assistant and Leads / Sales on request — same price, same platform. Ask us about one.

Bring your own AI

Not in our box.
Point your own AI at it.

Connect the Claude you already pay for straight to your workspace over MCP — the open standard for letting an assistant use an outside system's tools. Ask for today's calls, read the conversation behind a reservation, or have your AI review and improve your bot's prompt. No dashboard, no feature request, no queue.

  • Included, not an add-on

Generate a token in Settings → Integrations. No extra line on the bill.

  • Your workspace only

Each token maps to one workspace. Cross-tenant access is structurally impossible, not policy-based.

  • Read-mostly by design

The only writes are creating a task and updating a bot prompt — both reversible. It cannot message guests, spend money, or delete anything.

  • Your AI improves your AI

Read a bot's live prompt, see where it failed on real calls, and fix it — with you in the chair.

Trust & data handling

What your guests' data does, and never does

Guest conversations are the most sensitive thing you would hand an AI. These are properties of how the platform is built, not settings you have to remember to switch on.

Hosted in the EU

Runs in Frankfurt; storage in eu-central-1. Your guest data does not leave the EU.

GDPR-ready

DPA available on request, and a named processor chain you can hand to your own counsel.

No cross-tenant access

Another operator cannot reach your data. The isolation is structural — not a filter someone has to remember to apply.

Access codes are never spoken

The colleague explains the mechanism — keypad, lockbox, smart lock — but is never given the code, so it cannot read one out or guess one.

One guest, one conversation

A colleague sees the booking matched to the person it is talking to. Never another guest's stay, and never your pricing or payout internals.

Every action traceable

Calls, transcripts, escalations, and prompt changes are all logged, so you can reconstruct exactly what was said and why.
