Terms of Service

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all contracts, services, and interactions relating to the use of Enhanced Rentals. Enhanced Rentals is intended for business users (“Customers”) operating in hospitality, property management, or related industries.

2. Description of Services

Enhanced Rentals provides an AI-assisted operations layer for short-term rental businesses, including:

• AI guest messaging (text & voice)
• Task management and automation
• Reservation synchronization with supported PMS providers
• Integrations with tools such as Slack or voice hotlines

The exact scope of features may evolve over time. Customers will be notified of materially significant changes.

3. Customer Accounts

Customers must ensure that account credentials and API keys are kept confidential. The Customer is responsible for all activities conducted via their account.

4. Customer Data & Responsibilities

The Customer retains ownership of all data ingested by the platform, including reservations, messages, and operational data.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that:

• they have the right to use provided data,
• their use complies with applicable laws and platform terms (e.g., PMS, OTAs, Slack),
• they do not upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

5. Pricing & Payment

Fees are charged per property or per agreed usage tier. All prices are provided exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Invoices are payable within the period indicated on the invoice. Late payments may result in temporary account suspension.

6. Availability & Support

Enhanced Rentals aims to provide high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, outages of third-party services (e.g., PMS, OTAs, telephony providers), or force majeure events may affect performance.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Enhanced Rentals interacts with third-party platforms such as Hostaway, Slack, and voice telephony providers. The availability and functionality of integrations depend on these external services.

8. Liability

Alphateam Hackers GmbH is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption is excluded unless mandated by law.

9. Term & Termination

Contracts renew automatically unless terminated in accordance with the agreed notice period. Either party may terminate for cause if the other party materially breaches these Terms.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)

Enhanced Rentals processes personal data in accordance with applicable EU and German data protection laws. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be provided upon request.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Mannheim, Germany.

12. Amendments to the Terms

Alphateam Hackers GmbH may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Customers in advance.
