User Roles & Permissions

Enhanced Rentals uses role-based access control. Each team member is assigned one role that determines what they can see and do in the workspace. This guide explains every role and how to choose the right one when inviting someone.

Admin

Full access to all settings, billing, users, and operations.

Can do

  • Manage all workspace settings (hotlines, bots, integrations, billing)
  • Invite and remove team members, assign any role
  • View and manage all reservations, properties, and support cases
  • Access payouts, reporting, and accounting features
  • Connect and disconnect PMS and third-party integrations
  • View background jobs and developer tools
Manager

Operational access — properties, reservations, support, and AI agents. No billing or user management.

Can do

  • View and manage reservations and properties
  • Handle escalations and support cases
  • View call transcripts and bot activity
  • Configure AI bots and message templates
  • View and manage tasks
  • Access payouts (if feature is enabled)

Cannot do

  • Access Settings (hotlines, integrations, billing)
  • Invite or remove team members
  • View or change billing and subscription
Coordinator

Focused on operations — cleaning schedules, tasks, and reservations. No AI or support access.

Can do

  • View reservations and check-in / check-out schedules
  • Manage cleaning tasks and service assignments
  • Access the cleaning schedule and ops dashboard

Cannot do

  • Access support cases or escalations
  • View call transcripts or AI bot details
  • Access settings, billing, or user management
Service

Service workers see only their own assigned cleaning tasks.

Can do

  • View and update their own assigned tasks
  • Mark tasks as completed
  • View property details needed for their tasks

Cannot do

  • View reservations, support cases, or any other domain
  • Access any settings or user management
Accounting

Access to financial data — payouts, VAT/JPK, and reporting.

Can do

  • View and export payout statements
  • Access VAT registry and JPK reports
  • View overview statistics

Cannot do

  • Access reservations, support cases, or AI agents
  • Manage settings, users, or integrations

Assigning roles

Roles are set at the time of invitation. To invite a team member, go to Users in the sidebar and click Invite New User. Select the appropriate role from the dropdown — the invitation email will include a link to set their password.

Only Admins can invite users and change roles. If you need to change someone's role after they've joined, contact your workspace Admin or support@enhanced-rentals.com.
